I’m a local resident here in Mountain Home. I’m not a “big box” company where your property becomes a file in a stack. I feel it’s important to understand that I’m local because I live in this community. I raise a family in this community. I want to see our community thrive as it continues to grow....quickly! I’ve owned and managed investment properties in Mountain Home for the last 11 years. I have a healthy pulse on the local market. I know and understand the trends we’re seeing within our local rental landscape. I know, as well as have acquired, a solid network of tradesmen that create a team ready and able to take on any task that your investment property might need at a moments notice. I trust and use them on my own properties.

I’ve been a certified mediator in the State of Idaho for over 20 years with my emphasis in small claims court. Why is that important? Nobody enjoys conflict, but my years of experience has honed my tool box in order to navigate any conflict that may arise within a tenant/landlord relationship. I also believe communication is key. When communication is clear, concise, focused, and managed- we win. My goal is to make the experience of owning a rental property fun, I want you to win! At the same time, my goal is to make the experience for your tenant fun, I want them to win! When both parties are happy, we are all winning. They will stay longer, often pay more in rent, and often share their experience to incoming renters and that keeps your vacancy low. The better the relationship, the better your property is going to be cared for and maintained by your tenants. Less maintenance and repairs, more money in your pocket and a nice place for your next tenants to happily move in to.
